Hiiragi Utena is an average school student obsessed with all things involving magical girls, often spending all of her money on this passion. When she got the chance to watch The Tres Magia battle the forces of evil, their trials against such foes brought her joy. Naturally, when she was finally gifted the chance to become a magical girl as well she was elated…that is until Venalita made her the newest foe for Tres Magia to fight. Now, blackmailed and assailed into giving in to her newfound sadist personality Utena seeks to survive the crazy dream she now finds herself a part of.

Warlock is the basis of her powers and her abilities giving her the power to battle Tres Magia by summoning powerful monsters to fight on her behalf as well as wielding her special weapon called Frustino Dominanza. With Warlock, she gains skill proficiencies in Nature and Investigation, Pact Magic, Pact Boon: Pact of the Blade, Eldritch Invocations of Devil’s Sight, Thirsting Blade, and Improved Pact Weapon,

Otherworldly Patron: The Fathomless is where Utena gains the power to summon a powerful guardian to protect herself and battle her foes, as well as abilities to thrive in the cold and wet conditions present in the deepest depth. The Fathomless gives her Tentacle of the Deeps, Gift of the Sea, Oceanic Soul, and Guardian Coil.

The feat of Shadow Touched gives her +1 to Cha and the spells of Invisibility and Inflict Wounds.

The feat of Sentinel grants her the ability to reduce a foe’s speed to 0 when hit with an opportunity attack, whenever a foe attempts to use the Disengage action near her and attack a foe within 5 feet of her when they attack another target other than her.

Background: Faceless gives her Deception and Intimidation, Tool Proficiency: Disguise Kit, the Language of Infernal, and the Background Feature of Dual Personalities. This represents the ability of magical girls to be unrecognizable when in their personas.
