Sakuya Izayoi is the “human” chief maid in the service to Remilia Scarlet of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She is the constant companion and servant who uses her skills and talents to battle those who stand against her mistress. Sakuya battles with an arsenal of throwing knives, using her ability to manipulate time and to a lesser extent space to leverage multiple attacks onto any foe. This build of Sakuya is a combination of her powers in the anime and some of the Touhou games.
Monk is the starting class for Sakuya, giving her access to a mobile defense, unarmed combat potential, and her skills in cooking. With Monk, she gains Proficiencies in Acrobatics, Insight and Cook’s Utensils, Unarmored Defense, and Martial Arts.
Wizard is the class where Sakuya gains access to a host of spells that she can use to enhance her fighting skills as well as the ability to increase her damage potential. With Wizard she gains Spellcasting and Arcane Recovery.
Arcane Tradition: Chronurgy Magic is where her ability to manipulate time and space, mimics the powers that she displays in the anime whenever she battles her opponents. With Chronurgy Magic she gains Chronal Shift and Temporal Awareness. She can now manipulate a foe’s chances of success and outflank a foe by acting faster than most.
The feat of Fighting Initiate: Throw Weapon Fighting gives Sakuya the ability to draw a throwing weapon and attack with the same action and gain a +2 damage bonus to her damage roll.
The feat of Sharpshooter allows Sakuya to attack at long range with throwing weapons, ignore up to three-quarters cover, and the ability to take a -5 to her attack to land +10 to her attack damage.
Background: Faction Agent gives her the skill proficiencies of Investigation and Perception the Languages of Sylvan and Elvish and the Background Feature of Safe Haven.
Equipment: Dagger, 10 Darts, a Dungeoneer’s Pack, and Faction Agent Starting Equipment. Pick up a Vicious Dagger to represent her main dagger and then pick up numerous daggers for extra ammo to surround her foes with.
