Seryu Ubiquitous is the spirited, young, armed-to-the-teeth girl with a twisted sense of justice. Having suffered the loss of her parents, she was raised in the twisted light of the empire under Captain Ogre and Dr. Stylish to become a weapon of justice. Armed with multiple cybernetic enhancements and teamed up with her biological Teigu: Hekatonkheires, Seryu is one of the fiercest fighters in the Jaegers. This build of Seryu is one of her being the hunter of justice alongside Koro, punishing those who have wronged the empire with their wicked ways.

- Prosthetic Armed and Dangerous.
- Partners in Justice.
Background

For Background, I created a City Watch for Seryu. She gains the skills of Insight and Athletics, the Languages of Undercommon and Infernal, and the Background Feature of Watcher’s Eye.
Race

For Race, I chose Variant Human for Seryu. With this race she gains + 1 to Int and Cha, Skills: Investigation and Feat: Spell Sniper (Cha)-Eldritch Blast spell.
Class

Seryu’s class breakdown is Blood Hunter 1/Artificer 5 (Battle Smith). It is with these classes, that Seryu gains access to her incredible firepower from her spells, a partner to battle justice within both chibi and combat form, abilities to hunt down her foes, and strong melee potential with prosthetic and magic items. This combination of classes and feats is the best attempt to consolidate her abilities and talents at this level.

Blood Hunter 1 is the starting class for Seryu. This class gives her the proficiencies of Acrobatics, History and Survival, and Hunter’s Bane (Int). Blood Maledict and Blood Curses: Blood Curse of the Binding.

Artificer 1 is where she begins to learn how to maintain some of her prosthetic parts as well as gaining more of her arsenal. She gains the features of Magical Tinkering and Spellcasting.

Artificer 2 is where Seryu gains Koro in its tiny form as well as her prosthetic limbs. At this level she gains Infuse Item and Artificer Infusions: Homunculus Servant, Replicate Magic Item-Prosthetic Limb, Repeating Shot, and Replicate Magic Item-Armblade (Longsword).

Artificer 3 grants Seryu the power to use her intellect to unleash her fury upon targets as well as gifting Koro with a powerful combat form capable of standing toe toe-to-toe with the enemies of the empire with the Artificer Specialist: Battle Smith and The Right Tool for the Job. Battle Smith gives her Tool Proficiency: Smith’s Tools, Battle Smith Spells: Heroism and Shield, Battle Ready, and Steel Defender.

Artificer 4 gifts her with the feat Keen Mind. This feat gives her a +1 to her Int stat, always knows which way is north, the number of hours left before the next sunrise or sunset and she can recall anything she has seen or heard in the past month.

Artificer 5 is the final level for Seryu which grants her access to 2rd Level spells and Extra Attack.

With full use of Seryu’s powers, she can perform the following techniques via class features and abilities:

- Magical Beast Transformation: Hekatonkheires- Artificer Infusion: Homunculus Servant and Steel Defender
- Berserker– Enlarge Spell or Heroism Spell
- Body Modification– Artificer Infusion: Replicate Magic Item-Prosthetic Limb

- Number 1: Shinkou’s Ball of Justice- War Pick + Branding Smith + Extra Attack
- Number 2: Eldritch Blast or Light Crossbow + Artificer Infusion: Repeating Shot
- Number 3: Sung Dynasty Blade– Replicate Magic Item: Armblade (Longsword) + Extra Attack
- Number 5: Enma’s Spear of Justice- Catapult spell
- Number 6: Fire Bolt spell
- Number 7: Spell Sniper Feat +Fire Bolt Blast
- Number 8: Eldritch Blast
- Final Number: Chakravartin Furnance of Five Hells- Necklace of Fireballs
- Justice Execution: Blood Curse of Binding + Fire Bolt spell
- Judgment of the Ten Heavenly Kings

This combination of feats, stats, and spells makes this DND build of Seryu a fearsome harbinger of tainted justice, unleashing the full might of her talents alongside Koro against enemies of the empire in Six levels or Less.
