Chelsea is one of the new members of the Night Raid yet has several kills under her belt by the time she works with the Revolutionary Army. She is the owner of the Teigu Gea Foundation, capable of transforming her appearance into the form of any man or beast to gain any advantage she can to get close to her target. Coupled with her incredible mimicry skills, Chelsea is capable of lulling her targets into a false sense of security before dispatching them with one swift blow. Despite showcasing a joyful and teasing personality her nature is one of a cold and calculating mind that is focused on the task at hand. In defiance of her cold nature, she seeks to protect the smile of Tatsumi, often looking to garner his praise and approval when she completes missions alongside Night Raid. This build of Chelsea is of her obfuscating her appearance to take out her foes with the gentle touch of death.

The three things that I wanted to achieve in this build are:
- Maestro of Disguise.
- Touch of Death.
- Friends of Cats.
Background
For Background, I chose Charlatan for Chelsea. She gains the skills of Deception, Sleight of Hand, the Tool Proficiencies of Forgery Kit and Alchemist’s Kit, and the Background Feature of False Identity. This represents Chelsea’s ability to get in close to her opponents before ultimately taking them out.
Race
For Race, I chose Variant Human for Chelsea. With this race, she gains + 1 to Dex and Cha, Skills: Insight, and the Feat: Poisoner.
Class
Chelsea’s class breakdown is Rogue 4(Assassin)/Druid 2(Circle of the Land-Grassland). It is with these classes, that Chelsea gains access to incredible burst damage from the use of sneak attack and poison, method actor levels of mimicry as she can easily become anyone she needs to to get close to the target, and multiple options for her to sneak off once her target has been dealt with. This combination of classes and feats is the best attempt to consolidate her abilities and talents at this level.
Rogue 1 is the starting class for Chelsea. This class gives her the proficiencies of Stealth, Perception, Investigation, and Performance, Expertise in Performance and Deception, Sneak Attack, and Thieves’ Cant.
Rogue 2 is where she gains access to the feature of Cunning Action. Now, she can Dash, Disengage or Hide as a bonus action.
Rogue 3 grants Chelsea the incredible damage-dealing skill potential of the Roguish Archetype of Assassin as well as a sneak attack of 2d6. This subclass is where she picks up the features of Bonus Proficiencies of Disguise Kit and Assassinate.
Rogue 4 gifts Chelsea with the feat Actor. This feat gives her a +1 to her Cha, advantage on Deception and Performance checks when passing herself off as a different person as well as being able to mimic the speech of another person after listening to the creature for 1 minute.
Druid 1 is the level where Chelsea gains access to medium armor and shield proficiencies, the secret language of Druidic and Spellcasting.
Druid 2 is the final level for Chelsea with access to the Druid Circle of of the Land (Grassland) and Wild Shape. With Circle of the Land-Grassland, Chelsea gains the Bonus Cantrip of Guidance and Natural Recovery.
With full use of Chelsea’s powers, she can perform the following techniques via class features and abilities:
- Gaea Foundation- Hat of Disguise + Disguise Kit + Actor Feat + Wild Shape
- Assassination Attack- Assassinate feature + Sneak Attack + Potent Poison
This combination of feats, stats, and spells makes this DND build of Chelsea a maestro of impersonation capable of blending into any setting to to dispatch her target to protect the smiles of those she cares for in Six levels or Less.
