Class Breakdown: Sorcerer 6 (Draconic Bloodline)

Cirno is a powerful ice fairy known for her superiority complex coupled with a gregarious but idiotic (at times) nature. She is constantly finding herself in the center of things as she makes her way through multiple trials and tribulations. Cirno loves to use her powers to freeze frogs and occasionally her friends when she fully activates her powers. This build of Cirno is a combination of her powers in the anime as well as some of the Touhou games as well.

Sorcerer is the starting class for Cirno gifting her with access to powerful spells as well as the features capable of shaping those spells on the fly. With Sorcerer she gains proficiencies in Insight and Deception, Spellcasting, Font of Magic, and Metamagic: Distant and Transmuted Spell.

Sorcerous Origin: Draconic Bloodline (White Dragon) is where Cirno gains access to strong defensive abilities, resistance to cold damage, and increased damage when using cold-based spells. Draconic Bloodline gives her Dragon Ancestor: White Dragon, Draconic Resilience, and Elemental Affinity (Cold).

The feat of Elemental Adept (Cold) grants her the power to ignore resistance to cold damage and the ability to treat damage dice rolls of 1 as a 2.

Background: Prismari Student gives her the skill proficiencies of Acrobatics and Performance, Tool Proficiency: Cook’s Utensils, the Language of Elvish, and the Background Feature of Prismari Initiate which gives Cirno the feat of Strixhaven Initiate. This feat gives her access to more spells to further defeat her rivals with.
