Hello Tale Tellers!

Today I am here to chat with you about how I will layout my One Shot Idea blogs.

First, I’ll layout the Six W’s for the one shot.

I found that using Who, What, Where, When, Why and How as a great way to order my thoughts for a game session and have a way to add some depth to a short session game.

Next, I will mention two to three maps that you will need for the session. For the first Monday of the month I’ll showcase the maps that I used as examples. I personally love using Dungeonscrawl as it is a great and simple map creation tool.

Then, I’ll include the enemy list and any special actions that the enemy may perform beyond fighting and responding to threats.

Lastly, I’ll add treasure and a small epilogue for each one shot.

I plan on adding one of these a week on Mondays.

As always thank you again for stopping by and I look forward to sharing tales of death defying stories with you all soon!
