Class Breakdown: Barbarian 3 (Path of the Beast)/Fighter 3 (Rune Knight)

Yuuki Wakura dreams of becoming a hero protecting the people from the Mato threat. It’s not until he finds himself teleported to the Mato realm and faced with the possibility of death that he is finally given the chance to become one. This chance came at the enticing leash of the 7th Captain Kyouka Uzen as her slave and caretaker of their outpost. Now, gifted with the powers of Kyouka peach talents, Yuuki unleashes the full might of these abilities to destroy the Shuuki under whoever holds his reigns.

Barbarian is the starting basis for Yuuki’s ascension as a hero, giving him incredible durability, explosive damage potential, and the strength to bear whatever burdens are placed on him by Kyouka Uzen or the 7th Unit. With Barbarian he gains proficiencies in Perception and Athletics, Rage, Unarmored Defense, Reckless Attack, and Danger Sense.

Primal Path of the Beast grants Yuuki his monstrously powerful Slave transformation abilities, capable of slicing through any foe that stands in his way. Path of the Beast gives him Form of the Beast, which grants him a Bite, Claws, or a Tail to devastate his foes with.

Fighter is where he gains further refinement in his combat prowess as well as some self-healing. With Fighter he gains Fighting Style: Unarmed Fighting, Second Wind and Action Surge.

Martial Archetype: Rune Knight is where he gains the ability to increase his size which allows him to carry Kyouka Uzen into battle. Rune Knight gives him Bonus Proficiencies in Smith’s tools and the language of Giant, Rune Carver of Cloud and Fire Runes, and Giant’s Might.

Background: Folk Hero gives him Animal Handling, Survival, Tool Proficiency: Vehicles (Land) and Cook’s Utensils, and the Background Feature of Rustic Hospitality. This represents his desire to become a hero and his skills as the caretaker of the 7th unit.
