Bulat is a major supporting male character in Akame Ga Kill! anime series. Known as 100 man slayer, Bulat is an incredibly fearsome fighter ranking him as one of the strongest fighters in Night Raid. Possessed of a fiery passion, a fierce pompadour, and an unwavering resolve, Bulat can react with incredible aplomb even in life-threatening situations. He has romantic feelings toward Tatsumi but always seeks to build up and improve his talents and mindset as he fights the empire. Bulat is the shining example of what a powerful figure should be and someone Tatsumi seeks to become more like. This build of Bulat is of him battling the enemies of Night Raid with or without Incursio.

Class Fighter 6(Battle Master)
The three things that I wanted to achieve in this build are:
- Punishing Polearm Maestro.
- Incursio Powered Destroyer.
- Unrivaled Battle Field Tactician.
Background
For Background, I chose Soldier for Bulat. He gains the skills of Athletics and Intimidation, Tool Proficiencies of Vehicles (Land) and Dice Set, and the Background Feature of Military Rank. This represents Bulat’s former life as an imperial army soldier before joining the revolutionary army.
Race
For Race, I chose Variant Human. With this race, he gains + 1 to Str and Con, Skills: Stealth and Feat: Shadow Touched: Wis +1 and Disguise Self spell.
Class
Bulat’s class breakdown is Fighter 6 (Battle Master). It is with this class, that Bulat gains his incredible combat fury, allowing him to devastate foes with his polearm expertise while surveying the abilities and tactics of his foes in quick succession. Those skills in combination with the powers that mimic his Teigu, the Demon Armor Incursio, give Bulat the power necessary to make him the 100-man slayer. This combination of classes and feats is the best attempt to consolidate his abilities and talents at this level.
Fighter 1 is the starting class for Bulat. This class gives him the proficiencies of Insight and Perception, Fighting Style: Blind Fighting, and Second Wind.
Fighter 2 is where he gains access to supreme ability to let loose with a flurry of activity using the Action Surge feature.
Fighter 3 gives him access to the Martial Archetype of Battle Master, granting Bulat access to powerful techniques to use in the heat of battle. This level gives him Combat Superiority Dice of D8s, Student of War: Smith’s Tools and Maneuvers of Lunging Attack, Sweeping Attack, and Parry.
Fighter 4 gifts Bulat with the feat Polearm Master. This feat gives him the ability to wield a glaive, halberd, quarterstaff, or spear with enough skill to gain an additional attack with the butt of the weapon as a bonus action. He also can attack a foe if they enter the reach of his weapon as an opportunity attack. This represents Bulat’s incredible talents using polearms.
Fighter 5 grants him the feature of Extra Attack. This gives him 3 attacks before special attacks and abilities come to bear.
Fighter 6 is the final level for Bulat’s build with the feat Crusher. This feat increases his Str by +1, allows him to move a foe 5 feet when he hits them with a bludgeoning damage weapon, and when he lands a critical hit that deals bludgeoning damage to a foe any attack against that creature gains advantage until the start of Bulat’s next turn.
With full use of Bulat’s powers, she can perform the following techniques via class features and abilities:
- Incursio- Living Armor, Plate + Extra Attack + Glaive of Warning (Neuntote) + Shadow Touched: Invisibility and Disguise Self.
- Sixth Sense- Blind-Fight + Glaive of Warning (Neuntote)
- Polearm Mastery– Attacks + Lunging Attack + Sweeping Attack + Polearm Master attack + Crusher
This combination of feats, stats, and spells makes this DND build of Bulat a whirlwind of devastation fueled by the fiery passion of an unbowed titan of combat in Six levels or Less.
