Alit’ta spent her days wandering the shadowlands with her tribe from one location to another. Eventually, they found the shadow of a small town nestled in a valley basin and set up roots in hopes of growing their tribe. Time passed and she grew into a warrior for her tribe. While out riding with a few of her fellow warriors they came under attack from a pack of shadow mastiffs that ambushed them while on patrol. Despite the hard fighting most of her fellows were killed but she and her sister A’lela defeated the final mastiff. As the two of them gathered the remains of their comrades they noticed a large explosion coming from the direction of their town. They raced with all of their might to reach their home only to arrive at a massacre as the town itself was reduced to splintered ruin, rocked by spells of flame and thunderous destruction. They found amongst their dead slain mages cloaked in red and covered in tattoos. After burying their dead the two sisters vowed to exact revenge on those responsible for this tragedy. They set off to strengthen their skills and abilities in order to combat the arcanist who attacked their tribe.

- Devastating Power Attacks.
- Firey Hunger for Vengeance.
Background
For Background, I chose Outlander for Alit’ta. This gives her the skills of Survival and Arcana, the Tool Proficiency of Pan Flute, and the Background Feature of Wanderer.
Class
For the Class makeup of this build, I went with Fighter 2/Paladin 4 (Oath of Vengeance). With these classes, she gains the ability to deal punishing damage through the uses of her Divine Smites and Action Surge features, capable hunter and tracker of her prey through the use of spells and her Channel Divinity, stout in battle with Lay on Hands and Second Wind, and a specialized fighting style against casters with her Fighting Styles and the feat: Mage Slayer. Combined with her racial abilities Alit’ta is easily the bane of any rogue spellcaster she would encounter on her quest to avenge her fallen tribe.
Fighter 1 is the beginning of this build with the skills of Athletics and Insight, Fighting Style: Blind Fighting, and Second Wind
Fighter 2 continues her martial training with the feature Action Surge.
Paladin 1 is where Alit’ta starts her quest for vengeance. It is with this class she gains Divine Sense and Lay on Hands.
Paladin 2 grants her the features of Fighting Style: Great Weapon Fighting, Spellcasting, and Divine Smite. This level ramps up her potential to slay mages that she closes the distance with.
Paladin 3 is the level that allows Alit’ta to cement her vow for revenge with Sacred Oath: Oath of Vengeance. This Oath gives her Channel Divinity: Abjure Enemy and Vow of Enmity as well as Oath Spells of bane and hunter’s mark.
Paladin 4 is the last level for this build with the Feat: Mage Slayer. This feat allows her to attack a being that casts a spell within 5 feet of herself as a reaction, gives the caster she damages disadvantage on concentration checks, and gives herself an advantage on saves against spells that are cast by creatures within 5 feet of her.
