Rumi Nim is the lead singer of the premier K-pop group Huntrix. Born between two worlds, being part human and part demon, she seeks to bring about the golden Honmoon to seal away the demons and rid herself of her demonic marks that she works to hide. It is during the events of K-Pop Demon Hunters that Rumi works to accept her demon side and embrace the power that both sides of her parentage bring, allowing her to unleash her full potential and save the world alongside her sisters. This build is of Rumi slicing through demons with incredible precision and unleashing her full power against the demons of Gwi-Ma.
Monk is the starting class for Rumi, giving her access to impressive hand-to-hand fighting prowess as well as enhanced defenses without the need for armor. With Monk, she gains proficiencies of Athletics, Insight, Hand Drum, Unarmored Defense, and Martial Arts.
Warlock with the Otherworldly Patron, The Hexblade, is where Rumi gains her incredible swordsmanship skills, mighty spells that devastate her foes, as well as the ability to summon a magical sword to her hand. With Warlock, she gains Pact Magic, Expanded Spell List: Shield, Wrathful Smite, Blur, Branding Smite, Blink, and Elemental Weapon, Pact Boon: Pact of the Blade, Hexblade’s Curse, Hex Warrior, Eldritch Invocations: Beguiling Influence turned Eldritch Smite at level 5, Improved Pact Weapon, and Thirsting Blade
The feat of Fey Touched (Cha) gifts her with an increase to her Cha score as well as the spells Misty Step and Hunter’s Mark.
The feat of Inspiring Leader allows Rumi to spend 10 minutes to inspiring her companions (up to 6 friendly creatures) within 30 feet of her, giving them temp hp equal to her level + her Cha modifier.
Background: Entertainer grants Rumi the proficiencies of Acrobatics and Performance, Tool Proficiencies of Disguise Kit and Flute, and the Background Feature of By Popular Demand.
