Elida’ne is a martial artist of grim determination and a menacing aura capable of instilling palatable dread into any foe she fights. Born of the union of a winter eladrin male and a goliath female before being sent to a monastery deep in the mountains, hers was an upbringing of rigorous training and honing her gifted abilities. Now, she is a mercenary for hire, unleashing her awe-inflicting abilities and skills to bring torment to whatever battlefield she stalks.
Monk is the starting class for Ellida’ne, giving her incredible mobility, expert unarmed combat skills, and talents necessary for bringing martial abilities to bear against her foes. With Monk, she gets the skill proficiencies of Acrobatics, Insight and Alchemist’s Supplies, Unarmored Defense, Martial Arts, Ki, Unarmored Movement, Deflect Missiles, Slow Fall, Extra Attack, Stunning Strike, Ki-Empowered Strikes, Unarmored Movement.
Monastic Tradition: Way of the Long Death allows Elida’ne to empower herself whenever she ends a foe’s life inflicting fear into multiple foes near her. With Way of the Long Death, she gets Touch of Death and Hour of Reaping.
Martial Adept gives her the maneuvers of Disarming Attack and Parry, allowing her to strip a target of their weapon or reduce damage from a foe when they land a blow on her.
Fey Touched (Wis) increases her wisdom by 1, giving her the Misty Step and Silvery Barbs spell.
Strike of the Giants (Fire Strike) gives Elida’ne the ability to deal an extra 1d10 fire damage when she hits a foe with an attack.
Background: Giant Foundling gives Elida’ne the skills of Intimidation and Survival, the Languages of Giant and Sylvan, and the Background Feature of Strike of the Giants: Fire Strike.
