Oikatzo is the Shangri-La Frontier avatar for Kei Uomi, a top pro gamer with a love for crappy games similar to Sunraku. His avatar is a bold and aggressive tomboy female monk who devastates their foes with hammering unarmed strikes while boosting their attacks with self-buffs. Oikatzo is a tank build with a large amount of hp, damage reduction, strong damage infliction, and self-buffs capable of crushing any foe.

Monk is the main platform of their power, gaining a ton of self-buffs and features that aid in both offense and defense. With Monk, they gain the proficiencies of History, Insight, and Jeweler’s Tools, Unarmored Defense, Martial Arts, Ki, Unarmored Movement, Deflect Missiles, Slow Fall, Extra Attack, Stunning Strike, Ki-Powered Strikes, and Unarmored Movement.

Monastic Tradition: Way of the Ascendant Dragon further enhances Oikatzo’s damage potential with the titanic firepower of dragons. With Way of the Ascendant Dragon gives them Draconic Disciple: Infernal, Breath of the Dragon, and Wings Unfurled.

The feat of Gift of the Gem Dragon gives them a +1 to Wis as well as the ability to damage a foe with telekinetic energy if a foe hits Oikatzo.

Background: Rune Carver gives them Perception and Survival, Tool Proficiency: Alchemist’s Supplies, the Language of Giant, and the Background Feature of Rune Shaper. This gives Oikatzo further access to spells that further enhance their combat performance.
