Cathleen Bate, aka Star and Stripes, is the top hero from the USA, seeking to aid the beleaguered country of Japan from the painful machinations of All For One. Known as the most powerful woman in the world, Star and Stripes’ Quirk bend the very laws of reality to her will. With this quirk, she is capable of comparable strength to All Might using this power to cause tremendous damage to any foe she stands against. Seeking to follow in the footsteps of Pro Hero All Might after his selfless protection of her family, Star seeks to give back to the Hero who gave her a second chance at life.
Warlock is where she gains the bulk of her reality-bending quirk abilities, the hard cap for her quirk, and abilities that enhance her heroic potential. With Warlock, she gains Otherworldly Patron: The Fathomless, Pact Magic, Eldritch Invocations of Book of Ancient Secrets, Eldritch Mind, and Aspect of the Moon. and Pact Boon: Pact of the Tome.
The Fathomless grants her Tentacle of the Deeps and Gift of the Sea. Tentacles of the Deeps allow her to summon a spectral tentacle to attack a foe within 60 feet of her. Gift of the Sea allows her a swim speed of 40 feet and the ability to breathe underwater.
Sorcerer is where she picks up additional reality-bending abilities. With Sorcerer she gains Spellcasting, Sorcerous Origin: Clockwork Soul, Clockwork Magic, and Restore Balance.
The feat Crusher enhances her physical punching ability with a +1 to Str, the ability to move a foe 5 feet as well as the ability to give her allies an advantage to hit her opponent if she lands a critical hit using a bludgeoning attack.
The feat Fighting Initiate: Unarmed Fighting gives Star the ability to inflict fierce damage with her fist inflicting 1d8 damage to a foe.
Background: Soldier gives her Athletics and Intimidation, Tool Proficiencies of Vehicles (Land) and Playing Card Set, and the Background Feature of Military Rank.
Equipment: Arcane Focus, 2 Daggers, Handaxe, Greatclub, Leather Armor, and Common Clothes.
