Custom Lineage gives her +2 to Dex, Size: Small, Feat: Skulker, and Variable Trait: Darkvision.
Class Breakdown
Bard 3 (College of Whispers)/Monk 3 (Way of the Kensei)
An amalgamation of evil spirits formed from the disposed of corpses of dead children, Jack is a being of incredible stealth, intense speed, and potent battle skill that can lend her to battling any foe on her terms. This build of her represents a blend of her fighting style and immense stealth ability.
Bard gives her the proficiencies of Flute, Drum, Viol, Perception, Insight, Athletics, Spellcasting, Bardic Inspiration, Jack of All Trades, Song of Rest, and Expertise: Stealth and Perception.
The Bardic College of Whispers is where this build picks a lot of her magical abilities as well as her Noble Phantasms of The Mist and Maria the Ripper. Psychic Blades grants her bonus damage when she lands an attack on a foe. Words of Terror is used to instill fear into a target possibly separating them from their protectors.
Monk gives her Unarmored Defense, Martial Arts, Ki, Unarmored Movement and Deflect Missiles.
The Way of the Kensei is where this build of Jack the Ripper gains more of her combat prowess and defenses with this subclass of the monk. It is in this way that she gains Kensei Weapons: Dagger and Dart, Agile Parry, Kensei’s Shot, and Way of the Brush Painter’s Supplies.
