Andy Bogard is the younger brother of Terry Bogard in the Fatal Fury series. When he and a Terry went to gain experience to defeat Geese Howard, Andy went to japan to train under ninjitsu master Hanzo Shiranui. It is here where he developed his martial art style to become known as The Human Weapon.

Class Monk 6(Way of the Open Hand)
The three things that I wanted to achieve in this build are:
- Unparalleled movement speed.
- High flying acrobatic fighting style .
- Highly skilled ninja stealth techniques.
Race
For the race I choose Variant human for Andy. The variant human gives you a free language, two ability scores increases, one free skill, and one free feat. For Andy I chose Elvish for the language, increases to Dex and Wis by 1, Insight as the free skill, and the Magic Initiate(Druid) feat. With Magic Initiate(Druid) Andy will gain Produce Flame, Gust and Longstrider.
Background
For Background I went with Criminal/Spy for Andy in order to gain the precious skills necessary to become a ninja. With Criminal/Spy Andy gains the skills of Deception, Stealth with Thieves’ Tools and Dice Set for tool proficiencies.
Class
For Andy’s class breakdown I went with a full six levels in Monk (Way of the Open Hand). This path represents his version of the Shiranui-ryuu Ninjutsu that is combined with Koppoken.
Monk 1 lays the basic foundations for Andy. His Proficiencies are Acrobatics, Athletics, and Woodcarver’s Tools. He also gains Unarmored Defense and Martial Arts.
Monk 2 gains him access to Ki usage and Unarmored Movement. This gives Andy access to more attacks, dodge as a bonus action, and increased in evasive tactics as well. Andy also now has a move speed of 40 feet standard and 50 when he uses Longstrider.
Monk 3 gives him access to Monastic Tradition, Deflect Missiles and Open Hand Technique. Andy’s Monastic Tradition will be Way of the Open Hand. With Open Hand he gains techniques that allow him to knock foes prone, push foes 15 feet back or disable foes from using reactions.
Monk 4 is where Andy picks up a feat that will enable him to recreate his powerful elbow smash. The feat is Charger. With this feat if he moves at least 10 feet in a straight line he can either gain a +5 damage roll bonus or push the foe back 10 feet with a shove attack. He also gets Slow Fall which is useful for high flying attacks.
Monk 5 grants Andy Stunning Strike and Extra Attack. This gives Andy a max of four attacks with Ki and the potential to stun a foe as well.
Monk 6 is the capstone for Andy Bogard with three different features.. He gains Ki-Empowered Strikes, Unarmored Movement and Wholeness of Body. This gives his fist the ability to count as magic attacks, increased speed to 45 feet standard, and the ability to heal his wounds.
The Way of the Open Hand, coupled with his cantrips of Produce Flame and Gust, create the closest thing to The Human Weapon in Six levels or Less.
